How to order your Niseko in-chalet catering
Reserving your Niseko In-Chalet catering is easy.
To book Nga’s kitchen for your Niseko stay follow the steps below and reserve your evening through Niseko eats.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute requests within 24 hours may still be possible, depending on availability.
1. Choose between Plan A, B or C
- Plan A contains a mix of 5 dishes
- Plan B contains 6 tasty Vietnamese dishes to share
- Plan C is a feast of 8 dishes
→ We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies where possible. Please provide full details when booking so we can confirm what we’re able to offer. The number of dishes remains fixed.
2. Select the number of persons in your party. (minimum 6 person charge)
3. Select your preferred day
- Available after December 14th
- Requested meal time between 6pm-8pm (staff will arrive 30 minutes prior to to your meal service)
4. Fill out your accomodation details

Payment terms
→ Bookings more than 14 days in advance: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 80% due before your dining date.
→ Bookings 14 days or less in advance: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancelation Policy
Our catering service is in high demand during peak season and all the ingredients for your bookings are purchased fresh.
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice, a 50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours, and no refund for cancellations made within 24 hours.
