How to order your Niseko in-chalet catering
Reserving your Niseko In-Chalet catering is easy.
To book Nga’s kitchen for your Niseko stay follow the steps below and reserve your evening through Niseko eats. We do require at least 24 hours for in-chalet dining
1. Choose between Plan A, B or C, Plan A Cointans a mix of 5 dishes, B contains 6 tasty vietnamese dishes to share and Plan C is a feast of 8. If you have any allergies or special requests we can usually accomodate substution or bring in options additional options not shown but the number of dishes remains fixed.
2. Select the number of persons in your party. ( minimum 6 person charge )
3. Select your prefered day after the 14th of December and requested meal time between 6pm-8pm ( staff will arrive 30 minutes prior to to your meal service )
4. Fill out your accomodation details
Sit back and allow Nga’s kitchen to cook a night in in for you in Niseko. If you have special dietary needs we are happy to try and accommodate preferences. Please let us know in the check-out box if you would like any modifications to menu.
Cancelation Policy
Our catering service is in high demand during peak season and all the ingredients for your bookings are purchased fresh.
As a result our cancellation policy is that we can provide a full refund within 2 days of bookings, 50% refund with 48 hours notice and no refund if you need to cancel within 24 hours notice.

Our Vietnamese Feast contains 8 dishes

- Veitnanese beef and noodle soup
- Fresh rice paper rolls: Shrimp and pork served with house made dipping sauce
- Tradditional chicken and egg white soup
- Mixed Stirfry noodles flavoured with fresh herbs, garlic, cashew nut and beef
- Seafood stir fri with shrimp, beef and fresh green vegetables

Our Vietnamese Finger food platters
Mouth watering platters of Vietnamese finger food made fresh to order in Nga’s Kitchen. Designed to be shared amongst friends. Whilst this is typically served outside of diner it would also make a great light meal for large groups. A great Après-ski experience for those seeking something a little more exotic.
