Meet the Chef
Nga is from Hai Duong, a province in the Red River
Delta of Northern Vietnam. Nga was raised in a family
environment where food was the centre piece of life, bringing friends and family together and where freshness and quality of ingredients was prized above all else.
She brings her traditional recipes and this philosophy of sharing and connection to the tables of Niseko, which she has happily called home for the last 10 years living with her
husband and two young children.
Nga’s kitchen offers a home catering service where the food is prepared and bought to your residence and presented ready to enjoy.

This is Nga’s signature experience and we really recommend you explore this option if you have a larger group or chalet when you visit Niseko . Our chef’s will arrive on sight and cook and serve the food in the comfort of your Niseko accommodation.
